With its leatherette handle and useful additional features The TAVO Next glides smoothly over almost all types of terrain. It's not our tiniest stroller, however, and it's harder to lift up the stairs than some competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when it's loaded with groceries and up to three kids. The only downside is that it lacks a a second seat or kid board for growing families.

The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that is able to accommodate kids up to 50 pounds. It's incredibly spacious, and the seat can recline easily and is laid flat. This allows it to be fastened securely and quickly with just one hand.
While the TAVO is a great choice for parents who want to save money, it's not ideal for those who want to use a bassinet or an reversible seat. It only faces only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat, or other accessories, such as the bassinet stand, rain cover, cup holder or a tray for snacks for children. The MIXX Next is the better option for those who want more because it can accommodate these accessories.

The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents looking for a stroller to grow with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller, and it can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate various seat units such as infant car seats, cots and cradles.
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move making it perfect for parents who want to go out and explore. It has a big storage basket and many attachments so parents can carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a little more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and performance are top of the line.
The stroller comes with a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to secure your child in the seat. It also comes with an adjustable sun canopy that has peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It has a convenient tray for parents to store their snacks, drinks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to fit the height of the parent, and the brake is easy to access and safe for children to use.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She pushed it over bumpy, uneven and cobbled streets, and found the stroller to be very smooth and easy to manoeuvre. She loved that the padded seat and footrests were designed to be comfortable and ergonomically designed. the large shopping basket was very practical. She also appreciated that the fabric of the handlebars and hood were machine washable. This is important for busy parents.
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a frame stroller with a minimalist design that provides car seat compatibility. It also has a large storage container. It's one of the lightest twin strollers available. It weighs 24 pounds without attachments for infant car seats, which is a bit lighter for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a quick-start guide. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't have an enclosed canopy, so you will have to bring your own sunshades to your children if they want additional protection from the elements.
In our tests, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It is able to navigate through most terrains, but it has issues with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It isn't easy to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers a separate baby carrier bag under the seat to aid in addressing this issue.
The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage, however we'd rather have to have a stroller that has more flexibility. Its seating configuration versatility is a benefit, however it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored well for maneuverability, a key quality for parents who are looking for a travel stroller that will fit into smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic product with a few features that other strollers in our testing offer, like a deep recline or large storage basket. But it is an excellent option for families on a tight budget and those who require an additional stroller for occasional use, like an outing to the zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as padded shoulder pads provide an easy ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seat and cup holders for parents make it comfortable for passengers.
It also has an enormous canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags as well as an all-around harness with five points for safety.
